Seed Bread
Dry Ingredients:
[] 3 cups miracle meel
[] 3 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
[] 3 tablespoons tapioca starch
[] 90 ml mixed seeds (mix of pumpkin-, sunflower-, flaxseed- and sesame seeds)
[] 1½ teaspoons salt
[] 1½ teaspoons baking powder
Wet ingredients:
[] 1½ cups inactive gluten-free sourdough
[] 1½ cup warm water
[] 1½ tablespoons honey
[] 1½ tablespoons avocado oil
[] 1½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Method:
[] Mix the dry ingredients together well
[] Mix the wet ingredients together well in a separate bowl
[] Mix the dry and wet ingredients well together
[] Spoon the dough into a small loaf pan lined with baking paper (Alternatively, divide the dough into 8 portions, shape into hamburger buns, and bake for approximately 22 minutes)
[] Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes
[] Allow the bread to cool for at least 1 hour before slicing
