Scone Bread

Ingredients:
[] 2 Cups miracle meel
[] 2 Teaspoons baking powder
[] ¾ Teaspoon salt
[] 20 grams Cold Butter
[] ½ cup goat milk
[] ½ cup water

Method:
[] In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients
[] Cut the cold butter into small cubes
[] Rub the butter into the flour using your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
[] Make a well in the centre and add the milk and water
[] Mix with your hands until a dough forms
[] Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Using an oiled knife, cut a cross into the top
[] Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
[] Allow to cool slightly before slicing, then top as desired and enjoy
