Lactation Bars
Ingredients:
[ ] 1 cup Miracle Meel
[ ] ½ cup almond flour
[ ] 2 tablespoons flaxseed flour
[ ] 1 tablespoon chia seeds
[ ] 2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
[ ] ⅓ cup peanut butter
[ ] ⅓ cup honey
[ ] 2 tablespoons water
[ ] 1 teaspoon cinnamon
[ ] ⅛ teaspoon salt
Method:
[ ] Preheat the oven to 180°C
[ ] In a large bowl, combine the Miracle Meel, almond flour, flaxseed flour, chia seeds, brewer’s yeast, cinnamon and salt
[ ] gently warm the peanut butter and honey in a pot on lowest heat until soft and easy to mix
[ ] Add all the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick, cohesive dough forms, Press the mixture firmly and evenly into a lined baking dish
[ ] Bake for 12 minutes, until just set
[ ] Allow to cool completely in the pan
[ ] Refrigerate for 30 minutes for easier slicing
[ ] Slice into bars or squares
