Ingredients:
[ ] 600 ml Appletiser/Grapetiser
[ ] 1¼ teaspoons agar agar powder
Method:
[ ] Pour the Appletiser/Grapetiser into a jug or bowl, cover loosely and leave to stand for at least 6 hours or overnight until the carbonation has dissipated
[ ] Whisk the agar agar powder into the cold Appletiser/Grapetiser until fully combined
[ ] Bring to a gentle boil while whisking continuously
[ ] Simmer gently for 2 minutes to fully dissolve the agar
[ ] Pour into glass jars
[ ] Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour
