Carrot Salad
Ingredients:
[ ] 300 grams finely grated carrots
[ ] 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
[ ] ½ tablespoon raw honey
[ ] 1½ tablespoons avocado oil
[ ] ¼ teaspoon salt
Method:
[ ] Add all ingredients to a bowl
[ ] Mix well until the carrots are evenly coated
[ ] Allow to rest for 15 minutes to soften and develop flavour
[ ] keep refrigerated
