Brown Bread

Dry Ingredients:
[ ] 2 cups High-Protein & High-Fibre Pre-Mix from Miracle Meel
[ ] 1½ tablespoons psyllium husk powder
[ ] 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
[ ] 1 teaspoon salt
[ ] 1 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients:
[ ] 1 cup inactive gluten-free sourdough
[ ] ¾ cup warm water
[ ] 1 tablespoon honey
[ ] 1 tablespoon avocado oil
[ ] 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method:
[ ] Combine all dry ingredients.
[ ] Mix all wet ingredients separately
[ ] Stir wet into dry until fully combined
[ ] Spoon into a small lined loaf tin
[ ] Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes
[ ] Cool completely before slicing
