Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:
[ ] 165 ml coconut cream
[ ] 85 grams very ripe mashed peeled banana
[ ] 2 tablespoons honey
[ ] ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
[ ] ⅛ teaspoon salt
[ ] 8 grams butter

Method:
[ ] Place the coconut cream into the ice cream machine and make sure it is evenly distributed
[ ] Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, so that the flavours are blended thoroughly
[ ] Turn on the ice cream machine and let it run according to the manufacturer's instructions, until the ice cream is ready

Tip:
[ ] Make an ice cream sandwich by scooping ice cream onto a rice cake, spread it flat slightly, place another rice cake on top and freeze for one hour
